Dr. Reggie Wright Jr. , a former professional basketball player, is a high-energy motivational speaker dedicated to empowering educators and students to achieve academic success.

Featured on CNN for his impactful messages, Dr. Wright draws from his own journey of overcoming adversity to inspire others to pursue excellence. A proud Trenton, NJ native, he earned a B.S. in Computer Science from New Jersey City University while excelling in basketball, later playing professionally in Europe.

He went on to earn a Master’s degree from Cairn University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. With certifications in Mental Health First Aid for Youth, Social-Emotional Learning, and Character Development, Dr. Wright equips students with essential life skills.

Dr. Wright serves on the board of the Charlie and Tonja Ward Family Foundation. In addition to his heart for service, he also values quality time with his family and friends.
